I had filled out forms online and also showed up 20 minutes early - advice here - if you do that you do not need to come early, that’s just to fill out forms they already have if you did them online. They took me about 25 minutes after my appointment time, but after that everything was smooth. Took off everything with metal, locked it in a locker and went in. Since I didn’t move it took less than 20 minutes. Another tip here - be sure to ask for ear plugs if they are not offered. Very loud! Technician friendly & professional. Don’t expect results sooner than 5 days or so, so be advised of that timing when making your follow-up appointment. Definitely happy with the place & experience.

The staff was extremely professional and very well organized. I was called to my CT scan right at the time it was scheduled. I arrived early to drink my contrast and it was ready for me upon arrival.The dressing room for disrobing and the restroom adjacent was clean And well-stocked. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

It’s a clean place. I had an appointment at 7:30am I arrived 5 minutes late due to a car accident on the fwy and I was another 5 minutes late due to another patient already checking in. So it was my turn to check in and the front desk told me I was late. The front desk was informing me I might not be able to get my ultrasound done because I was in total 10 minutes late. She asked the technician if it was still okay that I can get my ultrasound done and she said that’s fine she would just have to do it fast. So at the end the front desk said okay she can still do the ultrasound. My point is I understand I was late I even apologized for being late it’s not like I stopped for coffee or anything. I didn’t like the customer service I was given. As if I’m a little kid. Scolding me you were late so you can’t get your ultrasound. I came in with a nice attitude had my ID and Insurance card ready and for being late I was scolded. I didn’t appreciate that. Honestly I took a deep breath and stayed calmed. I could’ve very well got loud and asked for a supervisor you caught me on a good day. Honestly if the customer service is not fixed if it’s not me someone else I’m pretty sure would get loud. Other than that it was good place to go to. Also if you’re trying to keep on track because of so many appointments well maybe you either need more employees or if you don’t have enough don’t over book on appointments. You guise have to realize that 5 - 10 sometimes happens I can only imagine dismissing a 78 year old for being 10 minutes late. That would be messed up.

Staff was friendly, efficient and personal. I was taken in exactly at my appointment time. I liked that I could fill out forms online via their emailed appointment reminder. It was easy to take pictures of my insurance cards and send those in too.

No appointment needed for an xray... when I went, my wait time was about 15-20 minutes. Just make sure you have the order from from your doctor.
Better to call their office to be sure, also they prefer setting an appointment if you need Diagnostic Test/s.
You should be able to call and make arrangements to pick up your prior exam and reports. You will need to call first.

The imaging center returned my call and I picked up my disc.
Just go and prepare ur self to take off ur bra and they do the rest just know it's a little uncomfortable but you need to know just remember it's for best
You dont need an appointment. I did a walk in. I didn't wait much.
