Felt the need to come on here and report this pilot because it smells really bad both inside and outside. Smells like a mixture of urine, chemicals, and mildew/mold. As usual, Pilot/Flying J is a terrible dumpster fire of truck stop chains that doesn’t give quality support to otr drivers.

Shower had no hot water, it was luke warm and every few minutes would get cold then a little bit warm again. it's a small parking lot, there is a bigger one right across the street.

There were no workers to be found to check us out and the entire place smelled like a dirty bathroom. A decent selection of snacks and drinks, but no one to check you out at the counter.

Loud music. Dirty restrooms. And arby's for a restaurant. Small sardine parking. Yeah it's parking. So just come here fuel and leave unless you have to stay. Not recommended
