This is by far the worst McDonald's in the city of Albuquerque. I have on Many occasions given this place a 2nd, 3ard, 4th chance. They just don't get it. Very poor customer service the employees are so rude, zero F's given. Example just this morning order apple pie and get pumpkin pie, order a UNsweet Ice tea with xtra ice and get sweet tea with no ice, and I order a egg McMullen and it's hard. Really and when I stell them oh its my fault on what I ordered, what!!!!!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Unfortunately they are the only one up in this area. Order a couple burgers and they'll ask you to pull up and wait for 15 minutes, everytime. I honestly think they don't know they run a fast food place.

This location always messes up my order. I've had to drive back because all my fries were missing once. I only go there because it's right near the Smith's I shop at. Last time I went a week ago, they had me pull forward from the drive thru after I paid. I waited there for 10 minutes as 5 people behind me got served and left. Then a guy came out and asked what I was waiting for... I told him my order and he went back inside. Another 10 minutes later a different guy came out an handed me a bag. I said, thank you. He just looked at me stone-faced and walked away. I have a family of 5 and usually spend $30-$40 per order. This order was about $32

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a green chili cheeseburger and fries with a coke. The cheeseburger was plain, the fries were cold and soggy. I let it pass since I was in a hurry. I had spilled my coke a little after so I went back about 20 minutes later and went into the lobby to get a refill. The “manager” wouldn’t let me get a refill and made me buy a new drink. I mean it’s only a $1 but she acted like giving a refill comes out of her paycheck 💀
