For a week or more this Wendy's did not have a credit card scanner working at the drive thru. No warning and you are told at the squawk box. Then if you can't order, the exit is hard to get out of around the cars awaiting their order. Service? Bah! Why not move one from the front?

We waited 20 minutes in line and never got our order taken. Then the cashier Shawn signaled us but it confused us and we thought he said they were about to close so we drive up to the window. Thankfully he finally took our order but we asked for chicken nuggets and baconator fries. I got my nuggets but they were spicy nuggets which I did not want and they were rock hard. And I got just regular fries and they never offered me a dipping sauce. The fries were also cold and not fresh like Wendy’s promise. I understand they get busy at night time but they could still have offered way better service than this. We drove to another wendys because we gave up and knew they would mess up our order again or spit in our food if we asked for them to correct it. I’ve been in fast food and know it can be difficult but it’s not rocket science. Truly disappointed. Gonna call the manager tommrow.

I’m terrified that I made it 3/4 of the way through my sandwich and just saw that the bread on my sandwich has MOULD. I ATE 3/4 OF A MOULDY CHICKEN SANDWICH. I will never be returning and I hope you don’t come here either.

I don't know where to start because it never ends with this place. Every. Single. Time. We order from here the staff is either terribly rude and the food is awful OR the staff is slightly nicer and the food is wrong. The staff was slightly nicer I placed my order and received complete opposite I should check with this place but I mean I figure it can't be as bad as last time. NOPE. Wrong order. I try and give this place a chance and it just never gets better. I understand there are mess ups I worked fast food for years. When a place consistently has rude staff (who are NEVER the same people) and wrong orders always. Makes you wonder about management if the morale here is this awful. Terrible.
