Kash and Warm Planet Bikes have provided me with the best bike shop service I’ve experienced in my 10+ years of cycling. His willingness to make everything happen in a timely fashion, at an affordable price, while ensuring a fantastic experience is incredible. I stumbled on the shop after passing over several expensive shops around the neighborhood. Kash was accommodating and met me at my truck down the block to take possession of my boxed bike and followed up to do all paperwork electronically - talk about a seamless experience. The assembled bike went on to run smoothly due to his servicing. Another time, he helped me with boxing my bike and shipping it, even personally delivering it to the FedEx store. I’d give this shop 10 stars if I could and will recommend this shop to every cyclist I come across in SF. Thanks, Kash!

They won't fix your flat tire on the spot, even when not busy. I was on my way to work and it was 9 AM, they told me I would have to come back at the end of the day. I had to walk a few blocks down to Market Street Cycles to get it done, and they were able to do it in 10 minutes. Warm Planet just gave me a bunch of excuses of how they can't keep promises to customers in case it suddenly gets busy yada yada... Extremely hard to believe them when the other store was able to get it done ASAP.

Had a bike issue due to some vandalism that needed attention & I was miles from home. They were busy but still accomodating with great customer service and helped me with an urgent repair at a really fair and reasonable price. Couldn't recommend enough and will be back for any issues I have with my bike in the future.
