My Fiancé and I enjoyed living here, especially our four year old. Everyone is so friendly and kind. And I appreciate every staff in this facility, not only they help us but they take their take to listen. And I can not forget the maintenance staff they are also wonderful, they are on it right away it is amazing. So grateful to be here.

Nice area and quiet. However, management sucks big time, especially Debbie. She is very rude! They change Leasing office staff like you change your underwear. It's always someone new who doesn't know anything. They take forever to fix things and sometimes do not even put your maintenance request in. I kept complaining about my dishwasher leaking and they came out and said it was nothing three times. Woke up to my downstairs neighbor knocking on my door to see if I had a leak. Sure enough my kitchen and dining room floor was covered with water from the dishwasher. Pool and spa were closed for half the summer for maintenance.

Moved here in 2014, loved the place at first, met a couple of good friends here. Later as months went by, I found out I was getting poorly treated. Because I was on the bottom floor my unit had to look "presentable" but yet when I would decorate for seasons, I couldn't have 95% of the things my wife would buy. My patio was always cleaned and up kept. As my lease was coming to an end poor management extended my stay there an additional 3 months. Since it was their fault I was able to just pay my months and go. I wanted to stay but they tried hiking up my rent for a 2 bedroom with a garage from 1400, to 1800. Management here sucked, noise started getting annoying, kids would race in the back streets, lastly the cost of living started getting outrageous for what I had.
