I waked in and was on the phone. One of the employees walked over to the isle ahead of me. She followed me around the store pretending to straighten shelves. Made me feel like I was a their. Which I AM NOT! I though maybe I'm Trippin. She made it very obvious when I went to the register and she followed me, stood next to the cashier, again "pretending" ti straighten shelves that you could clearly see were already straight. She watched as the cashier rang up everything I put in my basket. This behavior is sooo unacceptable. Wondering if she does this to every customer, or just myself. I will NEVER shop ar Family Dollar again! And besides if I were to steal something it definitely wouldn't be from Family Dollar! If I could give you a -5 stars, I would have given it to you! #FAMILYDOLLARSUCKS

Love family Dollar! They shut them down when an area becomes more developed. They shut down Heber's, American Fork's, Lehi's,, (to mention only a few..) but not Bountiful's..? They fill an important resource for those needing an economical choice for many daily household necessities! Only three stars because they keep shutting down their stores!!

The store opens at 9 am , I dropped by 9:45 and the lady was oustside smoking. Whole I was there at least 6 customers came and went because the store was locked while she was smoking. Poor habit and to have only one employee to run the store. Ok it's up to 9 customers just while I'm typing this review that's left. This is in Orem, Utah. I'm done with this store and some other customers weren't happy eirher. Just found out the lady was an employee. The manager was an hour late to open the store. It's now 10:15 and they still haven't opened the store, I guess to go through their opening process.

LOVE FAMILY DOLLAR! But!! They are never open when they're supposed to be at this store... 🤔😥 4 people in a half hour came and left because no one's opened the store...... This is why it's going under.
