Rudest customer service! I called to ask them a question and the lady was RUDE on the phone, totally atrocious behavior. I wanted to find a screw, after I found it, she was still awful so I decided not to buy from them. Don’t come here if you want good customer service and want to actually be treated like a human. All I wanted was a screw and she made me feel like a bother.

Don’t see what you need just ask management and the will work with you to get in stock. I am veteran and I like supporting local.
