Came here looking for a mountain bike and Justin was awesome. I was looking at the Procaliber 9.5 at first, but then decided to go with an entry level bike like the Marlin 7 for budget reasons. Justin made me feel good about my choice for the Marlin 7. He is very knowledgeable about the bikes they sell and no pressure to get into a more expensive one. I would only suggest they display a variety of brands on to test the differences rather than just Trek but other than that, 5 stars! Thank you Justin.

Ive been to about 10 bike shops in the Salt Lake region since moving here last year. Mad Dog stood out as the best. Randy was awesome. Very informative and helpful in choosing the right mountain bike. Ill be a lifelong customer and plan on buying my Trek rail there next year.

I purchased an e bike! So excited that they had it in stock. They text me with suggestions on accessories that were available. They got the accessories on the bike and had it ready for me so fast. Also, gave me wonderful instructions on how to ride and take care of the battery as they fitted the bike. Friendly and wonderful service. So happy with my new e bike. It is perfect! The owner is helpful and knows what he is talking about. So excited about my bike! A quality bike! And excellent company to purchase from.

He was very patient and seemed to enjoy helping our 4 year old daughter as she learned to pedal on her new bike in the shop before we bought it.
