Be careful with this location. I ordered carry out and got to my car before realizing I wasn't given my credit card back. The person who ran my card claimed she gave it back, but she didn't. I had to cancel my card. This has never happened to me before, I won't be going back.

Visiting from OKC, but I grew up in Las Cruces. To help fill my craving for red/green chile, this is a place I really enjoy. This is like the Mexican food I grew up with. So good that my mom and sisters enjoy eating here too.

My favorite place to eat breakfast, their menudo is out of this world, even though they have other locations this is the best one ever. My daughter moved to another state and misses their menudo, so I'll get a few quarters, freeze it and take them to her whenever I visit her.

Got every year on my birthday. Everything is fresh, consistent, unique and extremely good! most us presidents that come to town usually eat at Garcias because of its excellent reputation and great example of New Mexican food. Unfortunately however, as great as the food is and as long as Garcias has held a special place in our hearts in Albuquerque. Not even beloved Garcias kitchen escaped the harmful government lies and overreaching Covid mandates, inflicted upon the people. Resulting in at least 2 Garcias locations that have been closed. Not to mention the unprecedented amount of all local and small businesses within our community. Ran by and employee our friends, neighbors and family. They will most likely never come back from this left wing tyranny. So, if you need to scratch that New Mexican food itch make sure you visit a local business. Give them your patronage and your blessings. That might make their day and it will let them know; people appreciate them and unlike the government, people support their efforts want them to succeed.
