WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! I would give them a zero stars if it was an option. Went in with my elderly disabled mother. Not one person asked if we needed help!! Nor did they even look in our direction. Upon check out the two ladies asked if we found everything we were looking for. I said we did find items, however we had the worst experience here and will not be returning. My mom had tears in her eyes as she struggled to lean on the counter due to her disability. NEITHER offered an apology or acknowledgment of what we experienced. It was my moms first time in a store since the pandemic began and she was excited to get out and find shoes. I am disgusted and disappointed!! Shame on management for hiring these type of people and shame on the company as a whole. I also I tried calling because my mom lost her debit card and no one answers!! It rings as if it’s picked up and then they hang up! Please please take your business else where!!!! Items are also over priced! I pray no other customer experiences the same disgusting service or discrimination we did!! Shame shame shame on all of you.

We attempted to order a pair of shoes from the store, and they gave us two separate shoes in the box, and when we returned them to see if they could help us, the employees were very rude and refused to help us and even went as far as to not let us return the shoes. I would not recommend anyone shop here.

Google says they open at 9 AM however when I arrived the sign said 10 Ami asked the lady if I could go to the bathroom since I had been waiting an hour and she said no. I am a senior, handicapped and have diabetes. It seems like they could have let me use the restroom this one time . We also saw thieves come in 2 times and steal shoes before we were able to check out. The sales lady was rude to me.

They usually have very low stock on items. Also very low selection of converse which is sad. Last time I went girl who attended us was very rude. She was short had long hair and skinny. Like at least paint a smile on for customers.
