THIS IS THE WORST FREIGHT COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA, I HAVE BEEN LIED TO BY MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES FROM XPO OVER THE LAST WEEK, THEY ARE HOLDING UP MULTPLE HIGH DOLLAR JOBS! THEY HAVE RUINED ONE OF CUSTOMERS CROSS COUNTRY VACATION! FOR THE LAST TEN DAYS OUR PRODUCT HAS BEEN IN A TRUCK AND OUT FOR DELIVERY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT TO GET YOUR PACKAGES IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!!

Experienced THE worst service from another freight company the day before, ultimately denying to accept our parcel. XPO accepted and gave us no issues whatsoever. Thank you to Tracey who went above and beyond to run outside and check on the status of our pick up with the driver for me. Smooth and easy shipping with XPO. Thanks again.

-10 should be my star rating...Terrible service, Terrible customer service, absolutely stunning that a company can stay in business and do this awful of a job. Lost a pallet with $10k of goods in it. Filing a claim and hoping I get refunded. Apparently I have to wait 120 days for them decide if they want to pay me or not. "XPO is a global leader in less-than-truckload transportation..." That is the biggest crock of s**t I've ever heard. You should definitely use XPO if you want everything you are shipping lost, broken and stolen. good luck.

Received a shipment of tile (after waiting 2.5 months) and every piece was broken. Ordered same tile, was quoted a five day delivery, and am now still waiting on the delivery after 23 days. Nobody seems to know where it's at and why it hasn't left the original shipping facility.
