Staff is great led by Shirlae and Lorena, complex is nice and quiet, they make sure you have all you need as inspections are done on a regular basis, they could do more frequent outside upgrades and maintenance this is the reason for 4 and half star review

Been living in Citrus Breeze for about three years in a two bedroom one bath. It’s a good size apartment nice floor plan and a spacious restroom. It’s pretty much quiet in apartment complex not too many units. The General Manager ShirLaé is a straight forward woman which I appreciate. Never had any issues with the leasing team and paying rent is pretty much easy you can pay online or in person. My only issue with this apartment complex is the laundry room there’s not enough washers and dryer‘s for the amount of tenants they only have five washers and five dryers but the room is large enough to carry double that amount of machines and sometimes you get two or three washers that are out of operation. Other than that the rent is fair and it’s a decent location

Would give this place zero stars if I could. You will get scammed out of your money. Moved into this place. The carpet was old the bathtub, toilet, sink and all the counter tops were old. I stayed here for less than a year about 10 months. I recently moved out and found out I had something in collections from the apartment. They kept my deposit and then charged me an extra $580 and replaced the carpet and everything in the bathroom. All this should have been charged to the previous resident not me. The apartments found an opportunity to get there apartment updated without using their own money. Never rent from this place. It’s horrible and they are shady. When I called to talk to management they refused to answer my question and say the manger is unavailable.
