Food is good love jack in the box but this location always takes me 20 minutes to get my food in the drive thru and don't know if they short staffed or poor management

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! DO NOT DOOR DASH FROM HERE! They mess up the order badly! Door dash won't refund the full amount, so you'll be stuck with food you didn't order and have to spend more to get food you want!! This jack in the box should be shut down!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!

Walk in would be much better

Very unprofessional, ,they looked at me standing there for 4mins and never came to the register. ..I left..Go to McDonald's in Freeport, ,there nice.
