Always a pleasure to tour FLW's final masterpiece. Go to garden overlook on South end's 4th floor. For eye-level rooftop views. Great library, cafeteria and ATM onsite. I had the pleasure of working in this building.

The largest collection of free DVD rentals in the county. And maybe magazines and audio books as well.

Super nice librarians; great kids room; mostly English books, but they have a great Spanish reader section too, in kids and adults.

I like the location. The materials are ok but I would not rate as outstanding. I like that I could stop in here before court and after court. And that it is open on Saturday. The bus stops here. Yes, I wish architects of today could use their imagination and vision in a similar capacity as Frank Lloyd Wright. actually my prefered architect would be Dr Seuss. I upgraded my review to 5 star because if you can at least find one unique book that you like in the whole library a whole entire sea of 50,000 books or so or something it is worth a 5 star rating. the librarians are nice here and dont tell you to look it up on google. the library is decorated old school for those of us who appreciate that. i can find a cozy spot and park myself and find joy in information a decent conversation. i find books provide that to me. someone really had something to say and got out a notebook or typewriter and put much thought into it. i've enjoyed some classic books here eventhough i cant recall the title. some forgotten classics are often the best books out there. then you can go out on the courtyard for fresh air and get close to a tree if you dont have one in your backyard. and you can renew your books about 3x then bring them back and check them out again

Watch El Horatio on the Internet.
If it's from a Marin library, you can return it to any location.
The library does have books that may week help. Also, ask at reference desk, depending on your problem and hope much hello you need ... They may be able to help. Doesn't hurt to ask.
