Poor service from register to bagging. Person at register smooshed half my stuff because she was in such a rush. I had to bag the mess myself. If i wanted to do that , i would have gone elsewhere. But the kicker was when the register person bagged 3 bottles of wine in one plastic bag. Explain that one. I spend about $400 a week here and will now take that elsewhere. Just poor miserable service.

So today I had to go to the store and I was already not starting off the day too well. Then after grabbing all I could in record time I might add, I got to cashier line. A big shout to Clyde and Jaelynn for being so sweet and helpful. I nearly burst out crying when Clyde said" we are here for you." Not having the slightest idea I needed to hear that today.

I dislike this Smith's location very heavily. The layout is so different from all of the other locations and it just is jarring and doesn't make sense. The parking lot is a complete mess in how it's laid out and the inlets and outlets into this shopping center in general are awful. I dread having to navigate the parking lot and store whenever I do have to come here. I don't recommend.
