$9.95 delivery no matter how long you wait when you have Covid. I go to Smith's for the Simple Truth water which is always out. They never have my Fairlife free milk and when they do, it's $1 more than a year ago for a 1/2 gallon. I refuse to shop here anymore.

Smiths is a tried and true place for my family shopping. I love the coupons that they mails every month. It's nice to have a coupon that's actually helpful. I love their fresh produce they're fresh meat section and they have very good fish too. I always like to stop at their drink cooler section because they always have interesting fun drinks to try. We usually use the self-checkout but today we did the regular line and it was still easy and fast. You get gas perks to which today we got $0.40 off each gallon. I feel like I'm winning shopping at Smiths. If you read this please click "like"... it helps my feelings. Thanks 😊

This store has a chronic low stock problem which I have noticed for years, and which I don't think can be fully excused by the supply chain woes we keep hearing about nowadays. Sale items blow out quickly, and are not restocked for days. Additionally it is not uncommon to find holes in random areas of the store, suggesting the problem has more to do with how and when they reorder and/or manage their night crew. I had hoped the problem would improve with time - its not rocket science to find patterns in your sales data when a product suddenly stops moving because its not on the shelf - but after all this time, they seem to have settled into mediocrity.

I used the restroom and found no tissue to accommodate my needs, looked in the next stall, no tissue and looked in the last stall no tissue. I let the manager (Natalie) on duty know......and her reply....."well I just got here, but thanks for letting me know". Well, I thought......thanks Natalie for just getting here. What the heck is wrong with customer service these days. AND shame on Smiths for allowing this girl to represent their BRAND and to lead in any sort of customer service. All I wanted was an apology for having to drip dry, and a reassurance that it would be addressed directly. NOPE. Never again.
