I would give zero stars if I could. Got there and staff had moved my parents and I to spaces way spread apart. I will say staff was friendly. But that’s about all it has going for it. They were able to move that and get us near each other, but then we were told that we couldn’t unload our pickup camper to have a vehicle to drive around. Really made our stay more difficult. 10+ years owning a truck camper, and this is the first place I’ve ever stayed that wouldn’t allow us to unload.

Only if you're kinda desperate! Sketchy area. Mostly long-termers. NO dog park or even a blade of grass anywhere. But, fairly cheap.

Beat thing about this park is the office staff. The lady behind the counter wad fantastic. Our site was doubled booked and office quickly helped us to find a spot to put our 42’ rig into Cons: the entire park !!!!! Trashy, not maintaining the property, did a load of laundry and got grease all over my compression garments GRRRR

At this RV park, some pigs are more equal than others. Some sites, like ours, are half the length of others though they all cost the same @$ 50. We were told by management to park car beside trailer which means there is no patio area. There appears to be many longer-term residents/contractors staying here. Bathrooms are places you'd prefer not to go. We will not come back

I don't know the answer to this question... But, I think you can get a hold of the main fairgrounds and ask if it's a month by month rental for your RV.

No I don't think they allow that. When we were sent there after the fires, they took everyone but 30 days later when fema stopped paying they said only 2008 or newer Rv or Trailers . When I came into the park in Oct. I let them know of my 33yr old schyzophrenic son and his loud behavior.As soon as the Park filled up they got complaints of his yelling to himself,so they made us leave.still out here trying to find a park that can handle the mentally ill. So my answer to your question is ah..NO

They are prejudice against the mentally ill. Ny son has uncontrolable outbursts so they made us leave and we were fire evacuees.
