The short review is that this is the only place you need to go for suit/tux rental and sales. Don’t even waste your time going to other locations/stores when you have a fabulous family owned business right here. I can’t even begin to describe how AMAZING the staff is here. I came here for a suit a year ago and there’s a reason I came back and will continue to come back. First, this is a local family owned business. Getting to meet the family and see their passion for customer service. When I came for my next suit rental, I was greeted by Steve, Avery, and Ashley with a warm smile and treated like family. Most recently, my jacket was a little too snug and they did not have the right size in the store. I was prepared to find something that they did have as my flight left that night. Ashley was not having any of that and, unprompted, was able to contact a supplier they use on the east coast and actually drop ship the same jacket in the right size to me in time for the wedding. I was absolutely STUNNED that they’d go to such great lengths to make this happen. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and have seldom, if ever, seen someone go this far above and beyond for their customer. I will NEVER go to another store to rent a suit or tux as long as the Garcia’s are in business. As if it needed to be said, when my big day comes, my wedding party is getting outfitted at Suits Unlimited.

I’m a procrastinator by nature. Realizing I only had a day to buy a new suit for an upcoming job interview, a co-worker recommended Suits Unlimited as a place he had a good experience with in the past. I gave it a try. As I walked in, the store was busy with prom season. However, it was only a matter of seconds before I was greeted by multiple employees, all of whom were incredibly helpful and friendly. Within minutes, they had helped me locate a great looking suit at a great price. As I neared the end of trying on the suit, I mentioned that I needed it ready by the next day (did I mention that I’m a procrastinator). Without hesitation, they said they would make the alterations necessary and have the suit ready to go (with the new shirt I purchased pressed) in less than 24 hours. After initially telling me it would be ready by 1:00 PM the following day, I got a text at 9:00 AM saying it was ready (even earlier than they said it would be done)! The text was promptly followed by a phone call just in case I didn’t receive the text! Although I waited until the last minute, the folks (especially Daryl!) at Suits Unlimited went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of! If you are in the market for a suit, I highly recommend. This will be my one stop dress clothes shop from here on out!

We have visited Suits Unlimited several times and the experience is consistently the same. You are greeted at the door, attended to quickly, assisted with care, and all in an organized and stress-free fashion. The staff provides top notch expertise and unmatched customer service. Owner Larry Garcia is always there to make sure you are comfortable, you are taken care of, and all your needs are met. This is a local business that has been around for fifty years and continues to provide New Mexico with a great product and fair prices.

Starting a new job and I needed a second suit, I ended up speaking with a very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Darryl F. and he was quite helpful finding a suit in the style, fit and color I was looking for, in a sufficient amount of time as well. The process was seamless, every charge for any alterations were communicated with ease and the most I paid over my budget was simply for taxes. I recommend this place to anyone in the market for some new suit-wear and recommend Darryl as well. The thing you have to keep in mind is that you pay for quality so don't expect to find items for $5-10, don't be cheap if you expect to look sharp! That being said the prices are quite affordable as well, happy hunting!
