He was professional, patient and was willing to make changes and edits as we worked through the process from start to finish. I was so impressed. Went here to buy printer ink, which was easy to find. There was a really nice employee who made sure I found everything I needed before ringing me up. She had long, straight black and grey hair if I remember correctly. I really appreciated her customer service.
