My first time in Big John's Ace Hardware I told a very helpful employee that I needed an education. I was trying to do a home repair on a toilet that I had never attempted before. I got more than what I came in for. Not only did I get the education I came looking for, but I also got some great tips for further projects on my to-do list. I didn't care for the handicap parking. I had to go up a steep incline because the access was blocked with products.

This is a store that has everything you need except for food! As I am a female, I thought I would run in, get the package of nails that I needed, and run back out again. Well over an hour later, I finally left the store. It wasn't because I couldn't find the nails, and it wasn't because no one was available to help me. I was pretty much like a kid in a candy store. I just couldn't stop looking at all they had. Go there. You're going to find anything you need.
