I highly recommend this service. Instead of charging by the hour, they offer a flat rate of $300 for recovering your data and only charge if they are able to recover it. There may be some additional costs to put your files on a new drive, and/or to cover the cost of parts or a donor drive if they need one for new parts. This service was very honest and did not end up needing to purchase any new parts or a donor drive because they were able to recover the data without doing that! Many other companies could have easily said they needed to cover the cost of extra parts but this company was honest and did not charge for services that weren't needed. They had a special method of scanning the drive and finding the files I wanted, where other places said their scan methods could not find anything without taking it apart and doing repair work. Just about every other data recovery company out there charges by the hour and have extreme pricing-- I called many places before finding $300 Data Recovery, and all of them charged by the hour and usually estimated it would cost over $600-$1000 or more. I only ended up paying $390 total with the price of the new drive and shipping included, which was worth it. These other companies that charge by the hour could easily be dishonest and price gouge, by saying they need more time to repair something after you agreed to pay, while in reality they don't. Whenever I had questions, customer service was quick to respond. Not many companies impress me this much but I highly recommend $300 Data Recovery due to their honesty, excellent work, and the best prices out there.

I thought I had lost the data on my hard drive permanently - family photos, music and years worth of document archives. $300 data recovery got it all back for me and were professional and very responsive, getting my data back to me very quickly. The price was amazing too when considering that others want $800 or more for the same thing. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of this service!

Very good service, if you're on the fence just do it. They are legit. They really only charge you 300$ for their labor. Do expect to pay more for incase of extra things you'll need and return shipping, but they are very transparent with all prices and don't just spring hidden fees on you. Initially only recovering around 30% of the data they let me decide if I wanted to stop there and pay or buy the donor drive and pay a bit more for it. in the end it was my choice and I got to browse the files to make my decision. I'm happy to write a positive review for this alone. in the end they recovered just shy of 100% of the data on the drive I mailed in. All in all, I spent under 500 and also, I was able to use an affirm virtual card so I can pay that off over time and still pay the company in full. I sat on a drive containing personal and family memories for years and finally got them back. So, thank you $300 Data Recovery. Will definitely use yall again.

Excellent company! Highly reccomend! Their communication was flawless- they send you emails for every step of the way, and they even send you a text to make sure you know they sent you an email! In today's world with a bunch of things competing for your attention, I really appreciated these text notifications as well to make sure I kept my data recovery on track. As far as I can tell, they recovered 100% of my data. Even with me getting a donor drive (my drive had a bad head) and paying for a new 2TB usb drive from them (and the one they sent is pretty nice), out the door I still paid much less than the "budget" price of $800 that another one of those big companies (I think File Savers) said they would charge to just start the process. Super glad I found this small company and all the fantastic reviews on them. That's the other thing- it should make you nervous that there are almost no reviews for those other "big" data recovery companies. These guys will get your data back and do it at a more reasonable price.

Hi David, It all depends on the damage to the bad drive. If we are able to clone 99-100% and there is no partition corruption, then we can clone the drive to another drive for $75. We can't guarantee it will boot up your computer nor do we offer support for getting the clone to work. Also, we only provide a clone in addition to moving all the data to a transfer drive. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you! $300 Data Recovery
If this is a DVR, then almost certainly not. The DVR is likely deleting files to make room for new files, which means the deleted file has been overwritten now.
Hi Ricky, Sorry, we don't recover data from phones/tablets at this time. In this case, your best bet is finding a Mac/iPhone repair company since the only way to recover the data in this case is to get the phone back up and running. -$300 Data Recovery
Hi Anand, If you used a tool to confirm every sector on your drive is zeros, no data can be recovered. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you! $300 Data Recovery
If you lived by their shop and went in there personally, maybe. Wouldn't hurt to email or chat with them and ask. I sent in my hard drive and they recovered everything. Didn't need to be there in person. They are an honest and legit company. Miracle workers in my eyes (:
Hi Scott, We will be closed for New Years from Monday, Dec. 30th-Wednesday, Jan. 1st. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you! $300 Data Recovery
SD Card rate: - If we recover at least 99% of your data, you'll pay our $300 fee. - If we recover less than 99% of your data, you have the option to pay our $300 fee, or pay a $100 labor fee and decline the recovery. - If we can't recover any data, there is no charge. *If your drive was encrypted there is an additional $100 fee if the recovery is successful.* Prices do not include a "transfer" drive (which you can supply, or purchase from us, starting at $75 for a 1TB USB 3 Portable External drive) or shipping ($15 anywhere in the US for most drives), if applicable. Note: if we have to perform a "chip-off/monolith" recovery for this device (always a last resort due to the time required to perform such a repair), we charge $300 per data chip (and a $100 per chip labor fee if you decline our recovery or we are unsuccessful). SD Cards typically have 1 or 2 flash chips. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you! $300 Data Recovery
