If this is a DVR, then almost certainly not. The DVR is likely deleting files to make room for new files, which means the deleted file has been overwritten now.
It depends on whether it’s deleted because of a 14 rule, or because it is overwritten because the drive runs out of space. If it’s just a rule, you might be able to recovery it.
