OTF is an upbeat, well-organized and intense group workout. That said, you can go as hard or as light as you need to go on that given day. My cardio and core strength has improved a ton, mostly because I don’t push myself as hard in those areas when left to myself :). The Santa Rosa staff is both welcoming and motivating, too. I tell myself driving in…”Just show up, and your day will get better.” Happy to be a member.

Extremely clean with wipes and hand sanitizer. Great group workout trainers. One of the best Orangetheory Fitness around. Located at Coddingtown mall. Easy free parking out front.

I absolutely love this gym! All of the staff is just amazing. They greet you when you come in and just make you feel very welcome. Every one of the coaches is amazing. Coach Ariana helps keep me motivated and pushes me to be the best that I can be and helps hold me accountable and it's exactly what I need. All around I've met some of the best people I know here and I highly recommend it for anyone of any fitness level

It’s amazing. It’s the only thing I have ever stuck with. It’s fun and supportive and challenging but doable no matter what my current level of fitness is. I’ve enjoyed it as a beginner, during pregnancy, post injury and surgery, after a long lapse, and of course, especially when I’ve improved and am feeling strong! The improvement happens fast too. The coaches are wonderful. The music is great. The exercises always change enough that I’m never bored but have enough consistency that I feel comfortable. I just love it.
