The GOOD = The BEST 24hr Staff I've encountered. Lots of knowledgeable people, all very nice and positive. The BAD = Showers have NO pressure and the pool is COLD. It'd be 5 stars with a decent shower and a warmer pool

First time going in so we'll update review as time goes on. But the staff was super friendly and it seemed like most of the machines were operational. I know some reviews say there's a bunch of issues but I didn't really see any. Definitely clean facility. Respectful people will definitely come back.

Tired of people slamming the machines. Tired of people leaving gym equipment in random spots. Tired of people standing at the machines talking to other people for 10-15mins. Y’all need to start getting on people. It’s annoying always picking up after these people. Start removing membership on those who can’t keep the gym flowing smoothly

Garbage experience at this 24 hour fitness. It’s only open until 10pm, even though they’re 24 hours. It was 9:45pm and me and my boyfriend had just finished our workout. We wanted to stay in the sauna for a few minutes before we left. One of the women working up front opened the sauna door at 9:48pm and said “it’s time to go guys, get out.” Like she’s herding cattle. I don’t understand how one of the busiest 24 hour fitness in Sonoma County/Northern California is so garbage.

Every 24 hour employee blames corporate, the funny thing is they have a sign requesting members to report equipment problems, but then never actually repair anything. The smith machine has not worked for going on 5 months.smfh
I would recommend contacting corporate customer service and submit your complaint.
Yes you will be allowed to join through the membership of an adult over 18. I signed my son up when he was 14 and he's been working out there for years.

Yes, if you pay for membership of course you can use the shower just like all other members.
None only that you do not have to give a dawn paiment the first month .. and of course you get cheaper if you pay x year, but it is the most complete gym

Yes that is correct, calling them directly and speaking to the staff on hand is the best way to get up to date information on facilities and membership.
The area is still closed. Probably until next week. I was told by a employee of 24. They are really not sure. The power poles have to be replaced

Not open yet. We were right in the middle of where a lot of the fires were. Gym did NOT burn. Waiting to hear from corporate to see when we will reopen. Will post update when we are open.
The RP 24 is open. SR location is closed until our DM can open it back up after they get the coffee park and surrounding areas more under control.
