I called in about my order made online, meant to be delivery. But when I got my confirmation it showed pick up. I was told by a lady claiming to be the manager that my order didn’t exist. She confirmed the southside location and continued to claim it was not in the system. She was very rude and even after I told her I am sick and didn’t want to get her staff sick she insisted I must have ordered from somewhere else. So I drive down and the guy behind the glass asked for my name and without hesitation grabbed my order that was waiting on the counter and handed it over. So my order was there, it could have been delivered but the “manager” did not care about the customer (me) or her staff enough to help out. I am appalled at the treatment from this lady.

The people there are always to welcoming! Met Art and Josh and they were wonderful. They went out of their way to provide the best service AND the best pizza. I am always hesitant to try new pizza places but I have now found my new favorite! I get out of work late and they are one of the few places open past 8pm on weekdays! Very happy I found them! I would add a photo of my pizza but I ate it all so fast, it was so good!

We've eaten Gennaros Pizza for years. they're our go to for high quality pizza and subs for reasonable prices. It's hard to find a place that provides consistency. The food tastes equally good with the same quality and quantity of ingredients every time we've ever ordered. Thanks Gennaros!

Do NOT order from this location IF you want consistency with your food. Tonight we ordered a pizza. My husband asked for extra sauce. What he got was a can of diced tomatoes, juice and all, dumped on the pizza. It made my half of the pizza so soggy you couldn't even pick it up. The sauce had run off of my side and what remained was pretty much a vat of toppings. Way too many... The toppings weren't even the ones my husband ordered on his half. My husband called the pizza shop and "tried" to explain this to the guy who answered the phone and he acted like he just couldn't understand how that could be. My husband gave up and said forget it. I am sure that made him happy because he didn't lose any money AND he didn't have to make it right. Unfortunately you ruined our one night we could afford to order out . . . You lost our business and I hope this helps anyone else who is pondering ordering from you. Just say no to Gennaro's!
