You could give me what I actually ordered! I placed an order for (2) six piece fried mozzarella sticks, what I received was an order of cheese bread sticks. If you don’t have an item that is already ordered and paid for, at least have the decency to call the customer and communicate that this is the case and give them the opportunity to order something they actually want! I’m pregnant and I hate cheese bread. Just shady and unprofessional. As a long time paying customer I am beyond disappointed and will not be returning to purchase from Pizza Hut.

We ordered a meatlovers pizza minus sausage. It was the greatest pizza we've ever gotten from here. It was so fresh and hot, not to much cheese, meat or sauce and the crust was beyond perfect. Yes, because when it is too close to their closing time they don't want to have to start cooking again. They want to have the place ready to go 5-10 minutes before close do they don't have to stay working and cleaning after hours - Pizza Hut won't pay them to do it and Pizza Hut pays their workers 'chub change'!!!! They do NOT pay well and it is affecting their overall customer service!!! If they are reading this my advice to them is to straighten it out and think hard about their customers and overall reputation because there are a LOT of places people can order pizza from - and nowadays more than ever. Get it together, Pizza Hut!!!!!
