The library is closed every Sunday and Monday not because of veterans day that's next week
Yes they have Federal, didn't see State forms but you could print any forms on their computers & printer..
Hi! I work for la county I'm library aid the la mirada library our drop box for mail voting is open, but as a voting center wont open until friday October 30th.

The La Mirada Library has two study rooms, each able to accommodate up to 6 people. The rooms are first come, first served. No advanced reservations are accepted. Rooms can be used for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Groups of two or more receive priority Tuesday-Friday after 2 pm.
