I've lived here a year and a half. My bathroom has had sewer water flood down in me from upstairs 3 times. They do not use any remediation procedures to ensure no mold growth. I can smell the black mold in here. I was a water fire and mold remediation and restoration technician for 4 years. I have worked on low income housing for over 10 years and in construction for over 20. This maintenance and repair "team" is the worstnive ever seen. Do not waste your time here. I'm leaving as soon as I can.

Completely poor management service. Very lazy people. Every time get the issue and they come very late. Disgusting labour work, plumbing work. I had an overflowing issue from bathtub and they did not come so it was flowing outside.

I have been living here for almost 2 years, every time I go to the office they do not even care who you are or what you want. They are very disrespectful people. I suggest you find another place, do not live here !!

This is literally the WORST apartments I've ever lived at!! The people in the office constantly lies and/or leaves things out .. they told me I could park my car in a certain area but then they called and had my car towed! My apart was looked clean when I first moved in but once I was settled in I realized that there's a roach problem here!! Everything is old, outdated and broken here!! Don't let the pretty pictures fool you!! And customer service is awful .. all they do is lie to you!! LIE!! LIE!! LIE!! BEWARE!!
