Unfortunately, my cat needed to be put down but they were compassionate and sensitive to my situation. I can't give much more information in regards to their other abilities or works but they were clear about costs and time.

We showed up 30 minutes before close with our cat that was struggling to breathe. When we got there, all the lights were off and no one was in sight. We waited patiently for 40 minutes until someone finally came out of their office and informed us they were closed and could not help our cat. So basically the whole vet office decided it was okay to close more than a half hour early. We have the pet insurance and have done everything here and have found issues every time. DO NOT GET THE PET INSURANCE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST.

Very disappointed. BE FOREWARNED about bringing your pet to this place. They tell you one thing then do another. I took my dog Jig into Banfield to be treated and they told me the price would be 40$ then ended up charging me 120$. Then refused to provide a refill of medication for my dog's ear without seeing him again and thus charging me 120$ AGAIN. They told me another time that I had to bring my dog in for shots that very day or the shots I already paid for would expire, then when I get there (after taking the day off work to do this) they said that I did not need to bring my dog in that day. These people have no idea what they are doing. So again, BE FOREWARNED about this place.

Very first time coming here for our 10 week old puppy and was a very good experience. The staff and doctors were great. They got us in the same day we called and it's very affordable compared to other vets. Thank you so much!
