Maybe I'm coddled because I grew up next to the original Chik Fil A in Georgia, but this location is honestly slow as molasses.... If you choose to dine inside. They will have 6 people outside taking orders for a line that stretches halfway down State street but only a single register open inside the store. Some workers here are faster and quicker than others, some will take their sweet time taking your order and then you'll have to wait even longer to get your food. One time is accidental, but I come here often and the wait is usually much longer than I would expect and I think it's because they choose to run the absolute most minimal crew inside the actual building. The food is great once you get it.

For fast food this is the most fresh and appealing. They also have incredible service. Even if the drive thru line is long I get my food in less 5 minutes or less. I do not know what they are doing but they should offer other food chains efficiency trainings. If the lines were as long anywhere else I would leave. But here they are so fast a long line is not an inconvenience.

Very professional and quick. Inside and outside in parking lot they have someone using a tablet to take your order so that you can park your car and then pay and get your food. They have a friendly hostess for the lobby in the dining room to keep it clean but also just to keep everyone happy, named Ms Mary Poppins. Restaurant is very clean, bathrooms are very clean.

I’ve ordered from this store quite a few times and have always received respectful service. However the last time I ordered I was waiting for my food and asked for a cup of water while I waited to which one of the store employees said she could not get me a cup of water because she was off the clock. Extremely frustrating experience for someone asking for a simple cup of water. Chick fil a employees, you can do better than that!
