We had to drive to drive 20 minutes to this one because the one in AF closed at 7. They forgot the meat on my sisters hamburger, wasting her gift card.

Had to give a review for the 2 people working at the orem sonic this morning. We stopped to grab a bite before heading to the river. We waited over 10 mins with one car in front of us waiting. Way to long!! But we asked and one 2 people were working one cooking one doing orders. They did their best and that was great. To the owner please get them help! Super friendly and my food was hot. When we came back by hours later they had a line of about 7 cars. Hope there was more people working but if not those 2 deserve a raise!!

Never returning to sonic. The whole reason we came was for shakes, and after waiting for 20 minutes they came out with food and said ice cream machines are broken. This is an incredibly bad experience. Also, why take an online order for a certain pickup time if you don't start making my order until I arrive? If I'd have know I'd sit in your parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for my order, I would have gone elsewhere. Not having the product I paid for is a deal killer. See you never. Edit: I had to call in and spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund for items they didn't give me. What a joke. I can't believe a company like this is still in business.

Ordered through the drive thru and live abut 5 minutes away. By the time we got home the food was cold. Pretty sure they just gave us leftover tater tots and corn dogs. And the corn dogs were over cooked and inedible.
