My family of 4 stopped here for dinner last night. There were only 3 staff members. One gal cooking, one gal working drive-thru, and one guy taking orders in store. They were working so hard. It was a bit of a wait for our food but it wasn't for a lack of trying on their part. The teamwork was amazing to watch. They all jumped into each position to help out and make it run. The staff members were so kind and apologized for the wait. The food was also delicious. I would go again today if we hadn't came back home to Colorado.

Amazing chicken and fried white cheddar bites! The bread, coleslaw, and drinks were lackluster. The soda was lacking in syrup, so my sprite was more of a lacroix. Food is also super slow.

This chicken was sooooooooo bad!! I am astonished that people would even think of comparing it to raising canes. If someone even mentions raising canes and Zaxby’s in the same sentence they should be slapped. Just look at the picture for proof. The chicken fingers were barely bigger than my pinky and tasted like cafeteria chicken. The toast was a piece of Walmart bread with butter, the fries were decent. Seriously such a joke that people compare this to canes.

Went thru drive thru and went I asking if I could substitute fries for cheese curds was told nope I then asked for a 3 piece with them instead of meal was told can't do that either then I had to ask so what can I do then. Ended up with cold chicken and small portions. I will say I ended up inside and it was clean also this was at 12:15 so your typical lunch time
