I have always been a fan of krispy cream but my recent trip really disenchanted me. I paid an extreme premium for 2 near frozen donuts that were easily a day or more old. The service was fine but the product was appalling. If i am going to pay that kind of premium then i expect my service to be exemplary and the product to be better than fresh... certainly not average service and horrible days old frozen donuts from a business who's entire job is to make and serve fresh donuts! Im crabby as heck and mad as a dog for my mistreatment!

Doughnuts were delicious from here. Krispy Kreme never disappoints on that piece. Unfortunately, the staff at this location are pretty awful. When we entered, there were 6 staff members standing around doing nothing. None of them wanted to come up to the case and help us. After one of them finally did, he was unenthusiastic and not at all helpful. After choosing the doughnuts we wanted we moved to the cashier, who was just as unenthusiastic. Staff is not friendly and not willing to help. Disappointed!

So it open its not... I gotta say the chain has gone so far down hill. Maybe its time for a better franchise to take its place. It was bad when they started trucking the donuts in but now... just wow avoid

We love Krispy Kreme donuts. This place has such a friendly staff! So upbeat and positive, just a pleasant experience. We went for the Halloween minis. They also have the Hallowern speciality donuts but the minis are so cute and perfect for little kids!
