The work was fine not worth the cost but maybe they should teach their employees not to give quotes when they are ridiculously inaccurate. If you tell me it wont be more than 15 dollars to hem my sleeves and then I go to pay and now its 30.00 we have a big problem. Wont be going there again, Ill drive the extra way to Al Phillips.

Picked up my $1,200 blazer with the front button broken. The girl was annoyed that I wasn't satisfied with her offer of replacing it with a random button that was shoved in a tiny tray. Most depressing part of it all is the fact that I mentioned foiling the buttons four times when dropping off my items. Then asked her to write it on the ticket for good measure. They then tried to deny that the button broke on their watch because the grandmother put extra foil on it. Well it left my hands in perfect condition and 6 hours later, its trashed. If that's extra care then that makes me scared for a regular care. She gave me another option, it was for me to go find a replacement button then bring it back for her to attach. So they destroy my items and I have to go find a solution for them. Insane business strategies.
