They offer several services under one roof! I needed to get passport photos taken and get some documents notarized. They took care of it all and it was a smooth process. You can make an appointment online but they accept walk-ins too.

I have been taking my business here for the past 7 years, but after yesterday’s experience I have decided not to anymore. I had separate packages to mail. For one I already had a USPS priority mail box. I had not been there in a while so the faces were new (which they always are, this location has a high turn over rate), so I asked for Dana( the owner) so that the reps know I’m not new. I normally use fedex Services but since everything going on with USPS I wanted to support the workers during these trying times (plus the second package was being sent to a friends who’s parents work for USPS). I asked for a USPS box for my second package but after the rep pretended to check and tell me there arnt one I figured ok whatever he’s lying I get it, wants me to purchase a box. Fine. But this person was so conniving. He never gave me a ground option for the first package (I let that go by giving him the benefit of the doubt considering my first box was a priority Mail box). And I vocalized saying ‘I wish he had given me the option before paying for it’ to which he said ‘it’s only a $5 difference’. For the second package, I purchased a box and inquired the rates for both fedex and usps. And he quoted ‘$30 for USPS; and $12 for FedEx’. This threw me off and I asked him to explain the $18 price difference’ and he told me ‘I don’t know, the system gives us the prices’. Now the thing about this guy was that through out my interaction, he was incredibly cunning, even after I had made it clear that I am an educated customer. Instead of doing damage control and providing quality service he doubled down on his car salesman tactics. there was another girl there who he was training and you could tell this girl was visibly creeped out by this man. At one point he even touched her waist while training her on how to tape a box properly. He could have just asked her to move. I had an appointment to catch so I didn’t have time to argue but once I got home and searched for official USPS prices, USPS ground prices for My second package was about $7. So basically I over payed about $12 total (both transactions). It isn’t a large amount but it’s a matter of principle. If the location offers a USPS option, and a customer wants to avail them then they should not resort to these low-level tactics. I understand it’s a business, but the nature of customer service has changed. Customers are educated (and I made sure he was aware of that). the result of this exchange is that now I will end my 7 year relationship with this location and take my business elsewhere.

This establishment is awesome! Every time I go into riverside they are my go to store for printing and sending packages. Staff is friendly and family oriented and always willing to go the extra mile. Very much appreciated!

Thank you for writing. Some small pieces of furniture can be shipped individually as long as the total weight is under 150 pounds and the size is under 165 inches in length and girth combined.
