Leah has to he one of the most concerned and caring employees that I have ever dealt with when it comes to storage units and things of that nature. She seems like a tough cookie that knows exactly the ins and outs of her job and she has mastered her job, indeed!!! Ever since I have become a customer at extra space storage, she has always gone the extra mile for me to make sure that she contacts me as much as she needs to to make sure that I can pay my bill on time. She's a very, very nice lady who cares about her tenants!!!
