I reserved a storage online at a first month discounted price which was awesome. Got a call from an associate a day after, set up a tour and Sylvia took care of me and was sooo helpful and awesome. She was alone and managing two of us clients signing me up and having another customer waiting.

At first I was incredibly upset with the online reservation I made for a storage unit, I reserved it for the reason that I could use it that day but after paying for it online the confirmation email said 3 weeks from now. Thankfully the very kind and helpful woman at the front desk, Samara, helped me get that fixed and walked me through how to use the gate code and walked me to the storage unit. The facility seems very safe and clean with gates and plenty of security cameras.
