Fun atmosphere, clean pool. Very good service. A little pricey on drinks, but what hotel doesn't these days.

It was nice, wish there were more umbrellas. Guess that helps them sell more cabanas. Wasnt too crowded but im sure that had everything to do with the corona virus

The do not accommodate you. I was promised an different room, and they canceled it. 4days and 3nights, and the room was not like the picture we booked. After no air, and water they wouldn't accommodate our stay. You have to pay extra.

I visited the cafe and had a great service. There was a minor problem but when I spoke Dan fry the manager he not only addressed it but comped our complete meal which was over $$80.00. He went well above what he should've, compliments to him and his staff. Extreme pleasant to have that kind of customer service which is something you rarely see anymore. Thanks again Dan!!!!!!!!!!😁😁😁

No but it's $10 per person if your not a hotel guest?
No diving boards or slides, no snacks allowed but you can purchase food and drinks. Don't quote me on the rest. Approximately 4 feet maybe a little more. My kids wore snorkel goggles with no problem.
It is $10 per person and children under 12 are free
If you are a hotel guest, just present your room key and it will be no charge. If you are not a hotel guest it will be $10 per person and children under 12 are free
It is open to the public but it is a $5 or $10 fee. Hotel guests are free with room key card.
