This location is Nellis and Charleston. This location doesn't appear to busy on my recent visits. The have one ATM 🏧 inside separate entrance. And one drive up ATM 🏧 outside near parking area.

I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE opening an account and reviewing the various options I could choose from to build my credit, continue to save with savings account and what different rewards the credit union offers! Thank you Kathy!!

This is the worst bank to do business with in Nevada. They have horrible customer service, bad options for other services and have a dated way of doing everything. There's no tellers in the banks and getting threatened by your collections department for owing $25 balance on my credit that I had paid the day before just feels like you guys are a horribly managed facility.

BRANCH MANAGER SUSAN COULD USE A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE LACKS THE MANNERS OF A WOMAN WITH AUTHORITY. Poor customer service. Especially at THIS branch. So many restrictions on new accounts. If credit unions weren’t so scarce in Nevada I’d definitely leave them. It takes a million years and such a hassle just to get someone over the phone to help you. Becuhs of the account restrictions you have to drive to a branch any time you need to get something done. I’m honestly fed up with them and I’ll be banking with someone else. I wouldn’t recommend anyone open up an account with them. You’d be treated better elsewhere.
