**STAY AWAY** I was hoping that this shop would be able to correct their mistakes so I would not have to write this review but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Please be very careful using this shop as you can take your car in for one simple problem and it be return in even worse condition. Employees are flat out rude and lack any type of customer service. Took my car in for a heating repair (a $2,000 expense) short story long they caused extensive damage. Each time I took it back for them to “fix” it comes out with even more issues. Thankfully I’m now working with the BBB and will be reporting them to the DMV. All of which could have been avoided if they would have simply done things properly the first time.

I had a appointment to get some tires. Online it said that they had the tires. When I got there I was told they had no tires ,that they needed to get them across town it would take 4 to 5 hours...bad Firestone 👎 👎

I am super happy with my experience at Firestone at 5060 e Sahara. Joseph had exceptional customer service. The simple fact that this company is ran on honesty shocked me and will have me and everyone I know coming back. I was told several things that where wrong but Firestone pin pointed the exact problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. I am very grateful. I strongly recommend this place. If you don’t know about cars don’t worry they are honest and will help you and not rip you off! Trust them. I did and My car drives like new!

Very bad experience!!! I had an appointment at 10 am on Jan 12,2022 for oil change and wheel alignment for my 2008 Hyundai Vera Cruz. Joseph said it will be done in 2 hours by 12 noon. I walked back to Firestone from the store where I spend 2 hours shopping. My car wasn’t finish and they haven’t even took in the back yet , 10 am appointment!!!!! If I didn’t buy the lifetime warranty on alignment I will never ever go back to Firestone. I’m writing this review at 1:45 pm and truck is still outside the garage!!!!!! Ridiculous, very bad service. Joseph did not apologize he said we only have two workers today. So what good is making an appointment if Firestone does not honor appointments????? Very unhappy!!!!! Regina
