Ordered online. They couldn't make my shake as they had cleaned the station up (3 hours before closing). The manager rolled her eyes at me when I refused bottle water as a replacement for a shake. She refused to give a refund as it was too hard. Sad as the day before the service was amazing.

Love this burger place inside Rio. Good tasting burger and love their smash tots! The staff was awesome too, very attentive and accommodating. Definitely, a recommend to people stopping by at Rio.

Kashyra was very friendly and expediently got us our food and helped replace a soda that ran out. The cashier, I didn't get her name, was also friendly and VERY knowledgeable and super helpful with everyone who was ordering. The cooks did a great job getting food out fast even for as busy as it was. No time to take pics, food was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend the Smash Tots....I honestly think that's all I'll eat the rest of my stay here! 😉 Thanks for the good food and experience!!💗

I hadn't had Smashburger in years and honestly I had forgotten just how delicious it is! I actually had it for lunch and dinner since I was at the Rio all day while my husband played in the WSOP. The classic burger was awesome, and the truffle mushroom swiss burger was amazing...I was shocked at how prominent the truffle flavor came through! And as always, their smash fries which are tossed in olive oil, rosemary, & garlic are next level and for me, unmatched by any other fries I've ever had!
