Overcooked to the point where I couldn't even eat a whole slice it felt like burnt cardboard on my tongue, couldn't be bothered to even cut the pizza at all, have like 9 people in here but has 1 person running back and forth between the register and the back. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and just go to the subway that's in the same parking lot. You'd have an easier time learning photosynthesis than getting a decent bite here

Waited for over an hour to get this burnt pizza!! I should of checked it before leaving but i was so desperate to get out to go feed my child, that checking it was last thing in my mind! I can't believe you would serve something like this, this is ridiculous!

the pizza is so disgusting to the point where the bread is almost a green color and when you pick the pizza up all of the toppings slide off of the bread. the customer service is horrible, there was 2 lady's working and one said "i'll take the next order" so i walk up and tell them what i want witch was a cheese pizza. they tell me the price and the price was way more than it should've been so i went to my car to get another $2 for the order. i walk back into the store and the lady tells me that the pizza will take 10 minutes. so i wait 10 minutes then i walk in. i get my order and i look inside of the box and there's pepperoni pizza inside the box along with bread sticks. i said i didn't want none of this extra stuff. they say "well that's what you asked for so no refunds." and i was arguing with her for a few moments but they wouldn't give me my money back so i just left. i would never recommend going there. disgusting.

I called an order in at 12:29 pm. I arrive to pick up the order at 12:50 pm. The employee asked me am I sure it was for this location. I double check the number I called and yes it was for this location. She asked all the employees working did they take phone order. All said no. They did not have my order ready because whomever I spoke to did not put my order in. So know I have to wait 10-15 min for them to make my pizzas. Which is what I wanted to avoid in this heat. So disappointed!!. At least the pizza's were decent.
