I stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday. I got a double butter burger with cheddar, tomato, and pickles. They were busy, but they worked fast and were friendly as always! I appreciate the good consistent service at Culvers! And $7.01 for a double burger with 22g of protein is a deal! Thanks, guys!

It was truly disgusting in the place. The floor was slippery and smelled bad. The Soda station was leaking. Everything was empty. No napkins no lids and no condiments. I walked buy overflowing trash cans. The lobby was like a bomb went off. Trash everywhere. I cleaned a table and go get the food. One out of three orders are correct. Two of the hamburger buns are extremely burnt. We go up to get ice cream and a strawberry shake. I watched it get made. She put juice off the bottom of the container it comes in. It was so bad that the lady from the register went and made it. Here is what gets my one star. She gets my star.⭐️

I ordered the custard flavour of that day. Carmel Peanut Butter was the flavor, I think. The custard was definitely split so not super pleasant to eat as it was mixed throughout and sometimes for a bite of just split and sometimes did not. I was quite disappointed. This isn't in my neighborhood so I had not previously visited this location. 😕

Please note: this is my first visit ever to a Culver's Restaurant. I was looking for a bite to eat and had decided that a burger or burrito just wouldn't do, that I wanted something different without spending too much money. I was about to head elsewhere when I remembered a conversation with a coworker who said I might be surprised by Culver's. For a year I lived within walking distance of this restaurant. For a year I received mailers and ads in the paper with coupons for this place and for a year I never went. Why? Because the burgers in the ads didn't appear appealing. But then I remembered Culver's also offers non-burger related meals, such as fish and chips. And who doesn't like fish and chips? So, I made my way here and walked in to ... what appeared to be a small town diner that someone remodeled to look nicer. Not to say the interior was bad, it just had that ambiance about it that reminded me of a Captain D's restaurant holding out against the modern world in a small town. I was quickly greeted and I let the girl at the register know I was a first-timer. She told me to take my time and when I asked what was good here a young man off to the side said, "Everything." (I think we can both agree that's not true) I found the fish and chips and ordered them, was given a number and a cup (which I didn't know you had to pay for the drink separately from the 'meal'). Surprisingly, the iced tea was good. Usually when a restaurant has the stand alone tea dispensers the tea tastes old or sour. Here the tea was good - real good. They were out of small cup lids though, which was inconvenient. I found a table and the food eventually came out. It looked ovay, but I was dismayed at the quantity of coleslaw and fries. The fish looked darker than I prefer and the tartar sauce was prepackaged and mass-produced. The fish was ... okay. It wasn't bad, per se, but the breading was dark brown, nearly the color of a cola and far too thick and greasy. Very greasy, which left me wondering if I would die from my arteries clogging right there in the restaurant. The fries were crinkle cut, which I like for the texture and the coleslaw was a bit too creamy. While it wasn't great, it was good enough to warrant another visit on another day to see if I caught them at a bad time or not. The wifi here was slow, too.
