Friendly staff, but be advised they don't sell money orders.

I have only had one problem here and that was the delay shipment of a time-sensitive parcel. Other than that the older woman who works there is friendly and willing to help with no other issues since. This post office is in a college campus bookstore so you can't expect every single aspect to be included that regular, full-service post offices offer.

Come here for unrivalled levels of incompetence and stupidity. All I wanted to do was post three postcards. If you - like me - think that this is something a postoffice should be able to handle with ease you are mistaken. First the lady asks me whether it was ok if she just puts it "through the machine". I ask whether there was a difference to which she replied "no, some people just prefer stamps". She then proceeded to print out a long sticker which she WRAPPED around my postcard. I told her that I think this looks ridiculous and that I obviously don't want the front covered by a sticker...it's a postcard for crying out loud. She put regular stamps on the other two. I pay and was just about to leave when she goes "hang on, are these international". Yes, dear, unless the places GERMANY and AUSTRALIA have recently been incorporated into the US without me realising, they are international. She then had to call who I assume is her supervisor because she had no idea how to reverse the sale in the system. I then spent a solid 5-7 minutes watching as the two turned this whole into something akin to rocket science. What then happened baffles me. The lady prints out another stamp and wraps it around the other side of the postcard so that now half of the card is covered up. Had I not made myself clear before? Did I accidentally speak a different language to her? Does she have problems with her short term memory? Does she not give a damn? Does she simply lack the intellectual capacity to process what I had said earlier? Who knows. I held up the card and and again said that I thought this looks ridiculous and what they would think if they received a postcard like that. Both of them just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I couldn't just buy a new one because it was from the West Coast. They made me pay full price to send a card that was now completely ruined. It got even worse: instead of just apologising the lady said to her supervisor that she offered me a regular stamp but that I said the machine printed one was ok. Girl, say it as it was. I asked you what the difference was and you said there was none. Maybe I'm not chill enough but I consider the fact that one wraps around the card a pretty significant difference. All I wanted was to quickly post three postcards. What a disaster.

LAZY and BAD service - Little Woman at Counter, had no idea what to do, she was so slow, the line of people getting longer, she said my letter was too big to be sent, i laughed at her and went to another post office, not a problem with my letter. LAZY LADY

According to Google maps it's about 7 minutes away from the consulate.
You need to contact them directly this is not the place for that type of question.
