Wish you could leave 0 stars. Have lost numerous packages for my online business. Sent one of them to Greensboro, North Carolina instead of Greensburg, Pennsylvania because they don't know how to read, dropped off 3 packages off in their parcel box and haven't been scanned for 3 days. Don't even try delivering some items and either make me pick them up or get them a week later because they're just being held. It's also disgusting inside. I'll be driving out of my way to a different location because I can't trust this one to do their job

Post offices continues to lie about the package status. Frequently we experience that for heavier packages, the office claims that a delivery attempt took place and a note was left in the mailbox. If USPS is unable to manage items larger and heavier than a letter, they should not offer such service. I had drivers on camera looking at the item on their truck and then not even attempting to deliver it. Today a desk was supposed to get delivered and the remarks state that it did not fit in the mailbox. What a surprise. Regardless, nobody was here (9.30 AM is not when USPS shows up at our house) and no note was left. Appears that USPS employees simply leave items behind because they don't feel to like it. Customers then need to pick up their packages from the South Miami post office since the "delivery attempt" failed. What an underwhelming experience. Post office does not answer phone calls to resolve and every time I have to open an investigation in order to get a response. Mixing up letters and getting confused with house numbers or streets also a frequent occurrence. Zero stars if that would be an option.

Should be, 9 to 6:30. But yesterday even though hours were same and nothing was posted online this location posted paper on the door that they decided to close early 3 pm
