I shipped a Tv with UPS IN A STAPLES STORE. THE ITEM IS NOW DAMAGED AND BOTH COMPANIES REFUSE TO HONOUR THE INSURANCE PAID OR REFUND MY $120 to ship it. The item got sent back and they still took my money for NO SERVICE AND AN UNSHIPPED ITEM. I BOUGHT A BOX FOR $25. The shipping included INSURANCE The rep did not advise me at all how to ship it when I asked they said it was fine. They should have shipped it FRAGILE ITS A TV! They denied my claim Ups! I’m going to put surveys every where all day today and BBB so no one will get scammed and treated like me today. Do not USE UPS FOR AN EXPENSIVE ITEMS IF LOST OR DAMAGED YOU WILL GET EXCUSES AND RECEIVE NOTHING. This Megan rep from Claims of Staples has no compassion to assist For staples to PAY FOR ANYTHING, when it was shipped in their store! I wish I could put 0 Stars.
