I love Popeyes chicken, but this was a bad experience. Got drive through…they forgot utensils, ketchup, BBQ sauce, didn’t get ice in one of the drink, no straws, forgot some of the order, fries cold and soggy. Hard to eat rice and mashed potatoes without utensils. At least the chicken is good. And because gas is so expensive it is not worth driving back to have them fix the order. if it was one thing wrong, no problem. But this was ridiculous. I would encourage others not to go here for food. If the attention to detail of filling a to-go order is neglected this bad, it makes me wonder what other things are being missed.

I haven't actually eaten at Popeyes. I pick up doordash orders. Everyone is for the most part friendly and they get orders ready quick. There was one lady there this day that wasn't so friendly and didn't show any hurry in getting an order ready. But the rest of the staff was on it and quick.

Pretty pathetic chicken sandwich. Cutting corners will never get you customer loyalty. Based off of the reviews, this location may need new management and training.

Too Tall

I always get the Blackened chicken strips with there blackened ranch they are made to order and take a few minutes than typical order but it so worth it. There staff was friendly and my order has been correct which is all ask from a convenient fast food place.
