Love going to IFA, we go there all the time for either food for our animals or new chicks/ducklings. Today was a a bad experience though. We were trying to ask Dylan some questions about the geese there and he was very rude and did not treat us well. Wouldn’t listen to our questions and was no help.

IFA Country Stores is a place for many items, but yard/lawn care and animal supplies are what I go for. Recommend you join there member program for deals which has to be done in store and not online for now. The online site is horrible though. In late fall they sometimes do a deal for lawn fertilizer where you get step 4 for free when buying the full 4 step program. The supplies are well priced with a good selection of items to treat many yard/lawn issues. Would recommend a visit and so far the fertilizer program is doing well and much cheaper then a yard service.

Purchased a new smoker and everyone was awesome. We got the floor display and when we got home the manual and stuff was not inside so we called the store and spoke with Nick, he had someone bring everything out to our house for us. That is great customer service.
