We haven't been here since covid and I recently came here with my son for a special treat. We came mostly for the breadsticks but I also remembered that I enjoyed the entire meal. Unfortunately the quality seems to have changed. I'm sure it was to simplify things for delivery and take out. Make it so they could stay open during closures, etc. The crust on the pizza seems to be pre-made, flat, and resembled a cracker... and we could've bought the dessert from a grocery store and had it at home. I'm not saying it was awful, just disappointing compared to what I remember and not at all what would be anticipated from a sit down restaurant. I don't blame them for making the changes they needed to and the staff was amazing and attentive, but I doubt we will go back as often.

Food was pretty good. Our server was attentive and very nice. The disappointment was seeing only three patrons in the restaurant, several employees standing around and the salad bar being a disaster and several items being empty. As a previous manager of a restaurant, there is no excuse in my opinion of anything being dirty or unkempt if there is time to stand around and visit.

Took the family here as we all have different tastes. We were able to satisfy everyone with the options of kids meals, pasta, pizza/calzone, and salads. The breadtwists were a highlight :) They are longer than our kids arms! Top it off with delicious Italian Sodas and this was a winning place for dinner!

I grew up going to the Pizza Factory in Salt Lake and the one in St. George and have had good and had experiences at both. I tried this location for the first time and did a pickup through ordering online. It was ready by the estimated time I was given and the girl at the drive through window was really nice. I got a pasta, which was really good, but for what you pay (which is kind of expensive in my opinion) the portion size wasn't what I expected and was a little disappointing. I got the large build your own pasta which was about $12, but the portion size seemed kind of small to me for that kind of money. Seems like the best bang for buck at PF is their lunch specials which I'll have to give a chance at this location another time.
